My Skincare Routine

My acne skin has been haunting ever since I hit those puberty years. It is not an easy journey. I've even went and seek help from a doctor, but it has only gone worst. 

So for the past few years, I've been a very "hardworking" girl, always putting on makeup to cover up my blemishes and my "imperfections". 

But it didn't help at all. 



If there is one advice I would give those suffering from acne-prone skin, it is to understand your skin first. 

MY STORY:
1. I have very oily and acne-prone skin. 
2. It gets worst when I'm stressed out. 
3. and when I'm stressed out, I eat a lot of, sweet stuff. 
4. And what happens with all these, I GET REALLY BAD BREAKOUTS.

After understanding the skin condition, use products that are SUITABLE. So here I am, at a stage where I am pretty happy with my skin condition. 


Let me add on a few tips that helped me overcome the crazy acne situation: 

1. EXERCISE and SWEAT. 
It clears the toxic out of you. or maybe it works this way: exercising makes you less stressed out and then less dessert cravings and then less breakouts thus the better skin. 

2. CLEAN FACE IS THE KEY. 
Wash face thoroughly before putting on any products, or else, you are burning money when the products doesn't work effectively. (I suggest getting a cleansing brush for that)

3. OIL CONTROLING and MOISTURIZING
Control that oily skin and lock the moisture in. 

4. IT IS OK
yes, it is ok to have a pimple now and then, and don't be stressed out over it, or the whole stressed out process will keep on rolling.
