Hi good afternoon! :) 
The reason of me not blogging much is because, piles and piles of work are waiting for me.
but short and sweet blog post will be up! 

so, these days, my parents and I are having this 'trend' to eat yogurt after they came back from Sri Lanka. 
and I find it very yummy too! great for those craving for sweet but guilt-free stuff. 

Here is the simple recipe:
- plain low-fat yogurt
- fruit jam (I am using strawberry jam)
- nuts (almond, pumpkin seeds or cashew nuts)

stir em up and you are good to go.  
guilt-free yet yummy yogurt! :D

tips: put the jam and yogurt in the refrigerator so that you can have a ice-cream like yogurt!
